    I'M MIKE CARMAN AND I WANT TO BE YOUR REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT FOR LIFE! My extensive experience selling "Inland Empire" Real Estate began in 1990 when I took a job in new home sales. I have sold approximately 900 homes since then. Although I have sold homes throughout the Inland Empire, I now specialized in Corona, Eastvale and Riverside. I purchased my first home in Riverside in 1990. Since then I have been fortunate enough to purchase several homes in Corona. Over the past 20+ years I have developed an intimate knowledge of these cities. I use that knowledge to assist my clients with the largest financial decision of their lives.     As a first time homebuyer, I had numerous questions with every step of the process. I would call and text him at any hour of the day and he would respond as soon as he can. Given that our situation was unique, he also was okay being a middle man between my father and I. On top of that, I was constantly on websites showing listings to Mike to set up for appointments - adding to the numerous texts exchanged. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. Very personable and got us exactly what we wanted in a home!

    I would highly recommend Mike Carmen, he understood the challenges of selling our home and buying a New Home. Our escrow was delayed due to our buyer/lender but he was able to help us through the process and get both transactions closed without a hitch.
