When my wife and I transitioned from casually browsing houses on Zillow with an occasional open house visit to deciding to reach out to a realtor, my wife immediately suggested Courtney. Courtney had been one of a couple agent that helped my wife's mom with a purchase several years prior and she had left an impression. I didn't know Courtney yet but was happy to go with my wife's recommendation. It turned out to be the perfect suggestion as Courtney was amazing, she definitely went above and beyond to help in our buying process. She was instrumental in helping us put together an offer and getting it accepted in a competitive market. She also went out of her way to ensure everything went as smooth as possible after the offer acceptance and we were prepared to close on time. When two days prior to closing there was a slight hiccup due to an issue with house, Courtney again was on top it. It ended up being a one month delay during which time Courtney proactively kept us informed of all updates, set up visits for us to see in person what was going on with the house repairs and patiently answered our barrage of questions. She also kept all the involved parties coordinated to ensure the closing process went smoothly after the house repairs were completed....not an easy task with the amount of players that are involved. Looking back at the journey post closing, I'm very happy I got to know Courtney. I'm not sure we could have gotten to this point without her help. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
