Currently it is very competitive to buy a home in the DFW metroplex. The first step is to get preapproved for a mortgage. I have many strategies to avoid overpaying for a home. Right now there are more buyers than there are houses for sale. I spend the first 2 to 4 hours of each day calling homeowners to recruit homes for my buyers so we can get there first.
When my clients are selling a home they are concerned about where they will move next. I have many strategies and systems in place to make the process seamless when you need to sell a home to move into your next home. It's important to have a realtor who has a plan with this. Often times part of my strategy is to locate homes that aren't for sale yet so we can get there first.
My clients are from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. I love hearing their stories and figuring out how to get them what they want. They're such great people and my favorite thing about my profession is the people I get to know.
A lot of times my favorite part is how great a deal I get for my clients. The best part is walking through a home and seeing my clients excitement.

Hi there - An experienced agent can absolutely help you review market data and give you a clear picture of what your house could sell for and how long it would take. In a shifting market experience is key. Particularly agents who have worked in both buyer and seller markets have the skills to advise you best. Good questions to ask are - how long have you been a realtor? What is your average sales price? How long are your listings typically on the market before they go under contract?
