ZillowVERIFIEDWithout knowledge of the area and being relocating to Yuma, I contacted Mike based on his reviews and being Zillow top agent; however i did not received the same experience. I do not feel Mike went out of his way in any way to assist us in our purchase. As a matter of fact we lost the bids on two offers with him being the offers were not strong and lack of his expertise to try to renegotiate in our behalf. Mike never sent us listings to match our criteria or offered to video walk through for us being out of town he only wanted to make the deal, and make the commission do as little work as possible. One good aspect of Mike is he does initiate and send out a contract fast when you call him but good luck getting a response thereafter. I dont recommend him if your buying a house but maybe he is a good sellers agent.
