The day we met him, he showed us two houses and was very helpful in identifying the pros and cons of each. ZillowVERIFIED We were currently renting a house and the owner wanted to take advantage of the great sellers market and sell the property. We were in a time crunch to find a house that we liked, get our bid accepted, close , and move in within 30 to 45 days. On top of that it was our very first home that we were purchasing. We knew absolutely nothing about the process or procedure. We were so lucky to have Mike in our corner. After going through this entire process I now know that this is one of the hardest and craziest times to purchase a home. Mike explained everything to us. He was always available to answer questions or to set up a walk thru. He would go out of his way to come to us for paperwork or anything else. He worked around our schedule and set up appointments to see a house at sometimes 8pm. His knowledge of the industry is phenomenal. He would provide us all the information which then allowed us to make an educated decision based on all the pros and cons. I have talked to people recently who have bid on 5 to 10 houses -offering substantially more than asking price- and have still not been able to secure a home. The second house we bid on our offer was accepted. From the moment our offer was excepted Mike was on point with getting all the other important things rolling. We were able to get the house inspected and get a few things corrected with no issues. 30 days from the first day we looked at the house we had the keys in hand and were moving in. This would never have been possible without Mikes professional and efficient work ethic. He truly came through and helped us during a crazy/stressful time. We LOVE our new house.
