ZillowVERIFIED found Mike online and had decided to move to one of the 4 retirement communities in Beaumont CA met with mike and he toured myself and my daughter to each of the communities and we viewed homes that met my needs in additionhe toured us through the features and amenities of each including the various clubhouses and buildings I addition he commented on the demographics of each which helped me narrow my search to solera he found a floorplan I liked and he set up an appointment to tour 4 or 5 of that plan and I found the home I liked best he made the offer and got the seller to throw in a nice electric golf cart into the deal he set me up with his preferred lender and escrow who efficiently processed the deal and within 45days the escrow was funded and closed. Mike knows a lot about the area and the communities which made it easier to choose one and the right house if you need a good realtor with a lot of knowledge of the beaumont retirement communities mike is a good resource and very professionally handled my home purchase transaction

He always got back with answers to our questions and had an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. I would have liked him to be a better guide through the paper work process as California has a more complicated process than Wisconsin. However we got through it. For the most part I felt the experience with Mike was positive and enjoyable. He is a good real estate professional and certainly would be a good choice as an agent for someone in the market.

Mike had superb knowledge of the home values in the local area (Beaumont). He returned all my calls and was always available when he was needed. I was criticized by family, friends and others for purchasing a home based on Mike's recommendations sight unseen. The homes I looked at were online and I relied on Mike's evaluation after he visited the homes. His negotiations got me a home in Beaumont, CA for $220,000 and later discovered the home was appraised for $230,000; I closed the loan with $10,000 in equity built in, I couldn't have asked for better, I was very pleased. In previous years, I had left the decision making and such details to my better half and now, as a widow, I was on my own.
