ZillowVERIFIED Mike helped us find our perfect Texas home in Midlothian 2 months ago and we couldnt be happier. He cleared his schedule to show us a nonstop parade of homes during the 7 days we were in town. He was very patient and courteous as my husband and I discussed (sometimes argued) about what we were looking for and then changed our minds on day 3. When we started the purchasing process he was on the ball with negotiations and all the documents. We were stunned how easily everything wrapped up. ZillowVERIFIED Mike is awesome! My wife, son and I moved from Ohio to Texas, and our knowledge of neighborhoods here wasn't extensive, so we would need a good realtor to buy our first home. We met with Mike at Starbucks during 2018 holiday season and instantly hit it off! Mike made us feel comfortable. He educated us very well about neighborhoods of interest as well as the home buying process itself. My wife and I definitely went back and fourth with each other about the house we wanted. Sometimes, with less intensity, in front of Mike. He always remained patient, professional and laughed at us! Mike was very responsive and flexible when scheduling to see homes. He always made sure documentation was completed and politely followed up with us if it wasn't. Mike referred the mortgage company and inspector, they to were just as amazing and passionate as him. Mike and his team were able to work swiftly to have my family and I close on our first home on Valentines day 2019!

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we were in contact with Mike, he was the epitome of what a realtor should be. This was our first home buying experience and were nervous because of stories you hear. Mike walked us through each step, answering all of our questions until we were satisfied. Thought the three month process of searching he sent us properties to consider almost daily and was always quick to respond to our texts or phone calls. He never complained or showed any irritation at our crazy schedule. When it was time to put in offers he would give great advice but never push us to do anything we didn't want to. After putting in 6 offers and being rejected he found us our house. When it came to the negotiations he got us way more than what we thought possible. Even after we had closed he continues to answer our calls, even meeting us at his office after hours so that we could use their company truck. If you need an experienced, honest, friendly, realtor go with Mike!

After I passed on the 11st house I saw I wondered if I had made a mistake. Mike told me be patient..we will find your home. After about a month went by we met at a house and I was feeling a little defeated. We went in and I was instantly WOWED. It was just what I was looking for. And then Mike said..I haven't seen that look on your face since the 1st house..that's when I knew. Mike pays attention to his clients. He doesn't have to push or be over the top.
