ZillowReached out to Michael with excitement to make an offer on 3816 Riverside. After one message, confirming that the property was still available, he completely ghosted. Ive followed up four times now and still havent received a response. Regardless of whether the property is still available now or not, the lack of response after multiple follow ups is incredibly disappointing.
ZillowI have bought and sold multiple homes with Mike. Every experience was great. He is very responsive, there were a few time when a house came on the market and he was able to arrange his schedule so that we could get in to view the house the same day. He is also very honest, he will look things over thoroughly and give you his honest opinion on the house. He is not one of those realtors that just tries to get the sale. He would rather lose out on the sale and eventually get you into your dream home then sell you a home that is not the right fit. Overall I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, and I will be using him the next time I buy/sell a house.
ZillowI'm in the process of buying investment properties. Mike shows up to the first showing (before my wife and I arrived) with his boots on and a flashlight in his hand. He's inspected the exterior of the home and then takes his flashlight and shows us shadows on the walls where they are warped or have been repaired. This one was a no go! All because Mike knows what he's looking for. Great job!
ZillowHad a truly exceptional experience dealing with Mike. He is a constant professional and delivered when it counted.I am a first time home buyer (now owner!) and Mike made the process a breeze. Very accomodating with showings, always quick to respond, and no question was too small.Once I settled on a home, he negotiated a great price. After my inspection, he worked hard to get things taken care of for us that came up. I really appreciated how often he checked in and made sure I was up-to-date and had my action items.Overall, I would recommend him to anyone. When it comes down to it he will get the job done, and happens to be a very nice guy to boot!Such a pleasure to work with you, thanks, Mike!
ZillowMike answers your questions accurately. Many realtors answer questions that contradict your contract. Mike is able to calculate your net money after the sale with great accuracy. Mike does not push you into a sale and wants to make sure you have the facts before you make an offer or sell your house.
ZillowIt is my pleasure to recommend Mike Balamenti and his team, as a listing agent. Hes an exceptional communicator and has routinely gone aEURoethe extra mileaEUR? on our behalf.Mike Balamenti has all my confidence; he and his team will deliver exceptional results for you or your organization.
ZillowMike's the consummate professional. He helped every step of the process to ensure a smooth and complete transition from buyer to seller. He offered ideas to help successfully market the property and actually found the buyer, as well. He's a nice, smart and easy mannered man who takes care of business.
ZillowI highly recommend Mike. He was extremely patient with me throughout my first home buying experience and was looking out for my best interests, not just trying to sell a house. Mike always made himself available to show a house and was extremely quick to respond to any email, call or text. He was very knowledgeable as far as what a house should approximately go for. I had him make predictions of what a house would go for and he nailed every single one. I look forward to working with Mike again during my next home buying adventure!
ZillowMike Balamenti has been incredible, I used Mike's expertise on three separate transactions. The latest was a difficult sell,he kept me calm during a difficult time because the market was tough.I needed to sell by a certain time and I was able to thanks to Mike Balamenti. The new home owners wanted the refrigerator to stay,my ex wife wanted this same fridge. He went out and found me a fridge that would satisfy her.Mike is on top of his game!!!
ZillowMike started out as my agent which he is a great one, but left as my friend. Mike goes above and beyond to make sure all his clients needs are met. I would recommend him for all your real estate needs. A++++++ is my grade that I give him.

ZillowMike has handled several sales for me. He is extremely professional and reliable. Highly recommend. I received prompt and accurate updates and ongoing reports on status.
ZillowMike is an exceptional broker in the Cleveland area. I have worked with him on several deals for investment properties (spanning from 2014 to 2016 so far). He knows the Cleveland market extremely well and is great to work with across the board. I plan to continue to work with him as I continue to grow my investment property portfolio.
ZillowI had my Bedford house on the market for over 1 year with another agent and I didn't have a single offer. After listing with Mike Balamenti, we had 3 people very interested and 2 offers within 1 week! He knows the area and he knows how to market to and find serious buyers in this neighborhood. I chose to do a Short Sale which PNC turned into a ridiculously LONG process but Mike stuck with me throughout it and kept me informed. Most importantly for me, he kept me positive throughout that process. There were times that I wanted to give up on the house and walk away leaving PNC with a foreclosed property because they were impossible, but Mike kept me focused and positive that we would come out with a sale- and we did!
ZillowMike is a very good dude who is always on time. He makes you feel like a friend or family member and always has time for you. If there is a problem with something, he tackles the job quickly.
ZillowWe used Mike to buy a new home and sell our old home and the experience was awesome. I wouldn't change anything Mike kept on top of everything and was 100% responsive to any of our questions and concerns! Mike is great to work with!
ZillowI would recommend Mike Balamenti to anyone interested in buying a home or like my self a condo in Twinsburg. He was very professional and on top of everything that I was interested in. He is highly recommended from me, thanks for everything you have done!

ZillowMike is a fantastic realtor!!!! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Two years ago, he helped me buy my first home. Being a first time homebuyer is super stressful, especially when you are trying to make a good investment. Mike worked with me non-stop, we looked at all sorts of homes in different areas. I flooded him with ideas, photos and listings, many of which we both found. He listened to what I had to say and was finding houses that fit our specifications. He would set up our appointments. I can't tell you how many weekends we spent looking at homes. Mike is honest, reliable and patient. I could trust him when I asked his feedback on homes and what kind of issues I might run into down the road. He walked us through every step of the process and there were no surprises. When our house transferred into our name, he called to let me know, I couldn't wait to pick up the keys, he told me "tell me a time and you can have the keys" true to his word, he took time out of a birthday party to congratulate us and hand us the keys to our beautiful home that he helped us find. Mike cares about you and your family, he is not the type of realtor who is looking for the commission check at the closing.
ZillowMike did a very Professional job selling our house, and also finding our new home. He took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for, a true salesman. We would recommend him to anybody, looking to buy or sell.
ZillowMike sold our home 11 years ago. Because we followed Mikes instructions our home sold in a couple of weeks. He told us what we had to do to our home to make it show well. We did everything on the list and had great results. We are very happy with Mike and Power House.
ZillowIf you want a responsible, hardworking, deticated realtor than Mike is the perfect guy for you! He helped my fiancA(C) and I buy the perfect house that fur filled all of our wants and needs. No matter what time of the day within hours of sending a listing to Mike we were interested in he had a appointment set up for us to go and see. He was always on top of sending new listings and very good at negotiating when we found what we liked. He was very aware of things that were not always right at a house and made sure to point them out, which as a client I truly appreciated. Honesty goes a long way in my eyes and Mike always proved thats who he was. Thanks Mike for all your help and had work! Your awesome!
ZillowI've used Mike now for the past year and continue to use him as he goes above and beyond for his clients. Mike helps me price my properties competitively, has a list of prospective buyers in his "back pocket", and keeps the communication channels open throughout the entire process. Mike continues to sell properties for me and I enjoy working with him. I honestly feel that Mike helps me obtain top dollar for my properties and is a trusted advisor.
ZillowMike Balamenti is really good at his job! He is very helpful at working around my schedule to find me my dream home. He was also very patient when we were driving all over town looking at homes. Mike has a lot of knowledge on northeast Ohio and I would recommend him to anyone!
ZillowLooking for a committed full time realtor? Mike is your man. Showed me homes everyday of the week. Mike knew the neighborhoods inside and out. This was helpful for choosing school systems, shopping and recreation. He was never high pressure and wanted us to find a house to make a home.
