They were a great resource for local knowledge of the area and various neighborhoods and towns. ZillowVERIFIED We looked for a house for four years as it was hard for us to leave the home we built. However, we were commuting so far each day. We knew the house we were to choose had to be a special one in order for us to move forward with it. We looked at many, many homes within those four years! We contacted Mike one day this summer and later that afternoon he showed us our new home. We finally found the home we loved and made an offer. There were some things that needed to be done and he kept us in the loop with those accomplishments. He helped to make sure that the contractors finished their work before closing. He was so helpful. He responded to questions right away and helped the sellers move out until 2am the night before closing. There was an error at closing where a signature was needed and he drove out of town to get that needed signature. I highly recommend Mike Bailey!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was the listing agent on a house in Middleton that we just purchased. Mike was great to work with, understood our needs, not pushy, and very responsive to our questions and concerns. I could tell that Mike was the type of person who truly cared about the people selling the house as well as making sure that we were very satisfied with the service he provided. A couple of things that really stood out and showed that Mike was a special person: we ended up closing a week earlier than expected, Mike went out of his way to help the sellers make sure they were able to move out in time, staying at the house until 2am helping them pack up and move the night before the closing. The next day at the closing, a form that should have been pre signed by one of the sellers was missing, Mike offered to drive 90 minutes north to meet the seller at a bank to bring the form with original signature back to the title company. Anyone fortunate enough to work with Mike will be lucky and have a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was amazing in marketing, selling, and getting the deal closed. He and his entire team were very supportive thru the whole process. Mike went way above and beyond the call of duty coming over and staying very late to assist with the move out process which was mamouth. While we were looking for options to resist and sell our home, he found me and cold called to ask for our business. Not sending a bunch of canned marketing material but had done his homework. That's a sales person of the highest degree. He and Jo and the team got us up, online and we're very sensitive to our needs. Ongoing follow up with leads was very timely and we were kept in the loop all through. Even at the closing an error by the title company almost delayed the close. Of course Mike sprung into action, driving out of town to obtain required signed docs and back same day and we wrapped up as scheduled. His attention to detail was impeccable especially working with inspection issues and facilitating resolution. I highly recommend using Mike for listing or finding the right home. He knows the area, buyer habits and made this proceess flow to success.
