Mike was not only knowledgeable, informative, and professional but was also supportive, patient and kind. When I was frustrated at times and wanted to scream during the purchase process, he was there rooting me on. Further, he encouraged me to ask questions and would explain the house buying process step by step. Because he was such a great listener regarding my home wish list (and believe me it was long as I'm quite picky), I now own the home of my dreams! He did such a great job that my brother also just recently worked with Mike to purchase a home. Simply put, Mike is awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED We werent sure we needed a realtor but accepted an advice to have Mike become involved in our already initiated transaction. G-d, it was the best piece of advice we got in years! Mikes in-depth knowledge of the market, the business and the procedural aspects are unsurpassed. He is also so easygoing and relaxed and fun to talk to, that we felt hes enjoying and having a great time. This approach really helps with reducing the stress of dealing with what is for most people the biggest financial deal they ever do - purchase a house. Yet, that alone isnt the reason for our gratitude. The biggest value Mike provides is in his vast network of connections and his ability to go above and beyond to accommodate a need. After COVID 19 shut down MI and prevented us from selling our property, Mike was able to get to the VP Mid-Atlantic Region and renegotiate our closing date, pushing it back by two months. I am truly unable to quantify how much stress it saved us. With the additional time we managed to sell in MI and were ready to move... and then the booked in advance movers didnt show up. The movers also said that the next day is not an option... the buyers wicked realtor made our lives a living hell. My husband called every person he knows. At noon he called Mike in MD. I dont know how, but at 7 PM that same day there was a huge truck with the most professional and courteous movers imaginable at our driveway. They said they dont say aEURoenoaEUR? to Mike. Beforehand, Mike connected us with a superb service for home inspection. That was so useful...Of course Mike was present at our closing making sure we get it right!Long story short, Mike did so much more than being our realtor; Mike saved our xxxx several times and made sure we manage to actually achieve our goals and meet our obligations. Oh, I should mention that on top of everything else, Mike had a baby in mid-May, so he does all that while not sleeping. In one sentence I would say that what differentiates Mike from many others is that he comes with not just his many skills and competencies but also a lot of aEURoepuddingaEURoe that shields his clients from unexpected things that go wrong.
