Our agent, Mike, was professional, compassionate, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He even met with my father while he was in the hospital to reassure him of the steps he would take to ease the home sale and guided us through every step of the sale process with patience and care. Mike was incredibly responsive, responding to texts and calls within seconds - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He understood how emotional and overwhelming this move was for my parents and made the process feel manageable and well-organized. He also went above and beyond in helping us find vendors to assist with preparing the home for sale and keeping us informed on next steps. The photos, videos, and marketing he and the Flinchbaugh team did to promote the home far exceeeded our expectations and directly contributed to our home and lot both selling for over-asking price with multiple offers on the first weekend the properties were listed. Mike and the whole team were proactive, supportive, and truly went above and beyond to help our family.
