Mr.Avila helped me thouroughly understand the process and legal details of hiring a real estate agent and even though he lives in Northern Virginia he promptly came to see and evaluate the condo that I wanted to sell in Baltimore City. He was prompt in listing the condo in appropiate websites and kept a keen eye on possible buyers and regularly and in timely manner informed me details of possible buyers.
