ZillowVERIFIEDThis is my second home purchase with Alex and first time selling. Alex is very knowledgeable of the trends in the industry and consulted with me on the best way to package offerings in order to protect me from risk while also submitting the most competitive offer. We were able to purchase our dream home and sell our existing property to assist in getting the best payment possible. We were even able to secure credits from the seller in the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're an investor, Alex is your guy! He doesn't sugarcoat things to make a buck, he tells you like it is. I was searching for my first investment property when a trusted source recommended Alex. He quickly understood my goals along with my apprehension. He was great about calming my nerves and empowering me to follow through with my dream of investing. He found a house that was within my budget and had wiggle room for me to fail as a new landlord. The house required some work and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating with renovations. Having investment properties of his own made him a huge resource for cost effective methods to bring the house to life. The man lives and breathe real estate. He'll text me at 7am with bathroom renovation ideas, then he'll text me at 11pm with option for security systems that i asked about. His constant communication with every step of the home buying experience helped to put my mind at ease. He never made me feel stupid about anything I asked. There's no doubt in my mind that we'll work together again.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex did an excellent job for me and we became friends during the process. I am an older lady and he took my hand and walked me through every step. I had never done anything of selling a home I've been there for years and he understood all these things and was there for me through the whole process. He sold my home before he ever put it on The market, he's excellent I would refer him to anybody

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the purchase of our first home. Alex was friendly, responsive, and very well informed about the market in which we purchased. We are thrilled with our new home. He not only got us the deal we wanted, he put us in touch with a mortgage agent who works as hard as he does for his client. I cannot recommend him enough He knows the market, he even knew what neighborhood would be best for us. I cannot recommend him enough. If we ever decide to sell or purchase again, I want Alex as my agent. He knows his stuff, he works tirelessly, he is honest and he looks out for his clients best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex sold my family home in Turlock. I had never sold a home before so I was new to this process & frankly a bit nervous about it. Alex was a huge help. He always made me feel that I could do all the paperwork & was available when I needed help. He kept in close contact, informing me each step of the way. His advice and support was just what I needed. He was friendly & positive, always encouraging me that the sale would happen. He was realistic about what I could expect in the sale, but didnt sacrifice our goals. aEURoeThanksaEUR? is too small a word for all he did. I am grateful for Alex & his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was very helpful in getting me into my home. He was able to get me into a home that I didn't expect that I would be able to get into. He didn't think I needed to do inspections on the property but it was something I wanted to do anyway. He was able to schedule all the inspections quickly to keep the process moving and helped to find a solution when there were some minor things that needed fixing. He was very responsive throughout the whole process which I appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED I approached Mr Alex Simon because I wanted to invest in real-estate. He brought me two fixer uppers with lots of potential which I did purchase. After the remodel of both properties he put on the market and after just seven days we were in escrow! Both properties closed in less than 25 days! We are enjoying the rewards with a trip to Hawaii!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was an amazing realtor. This was our first home buying experience and he made the process much easier and enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. The reason why I would recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or sell a home is because of his knowledge in the field and most importantly of his responsiveness. He always answered the phone or replied to a text. Being first time home buyers we had many questions and he would stay on the phone as long as we needed him to. Every time we sent him houses that we were interested in he responded quickly and we would have a scheduled walk through instantly. We even had an issue with our lenders and Alex was there fighting for us and taking care of it on our behalf. It was comforting to know we had someone who cared and who was on our side. I appreciate it him and highly recommend his services!
