ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were getting ready to buy our first home and had been dealing with many realtors and lenders to no avail. We were building our credit to afford a place and many of the realtors were ?interested? in helping us until they found we weren?t able to pre approve at the moment and they?d disappear. Except for one, Mickie Major! Of all the people we went through she was the only one who consistently contacted us with available houses and didn?t just drop us because we didn?t qualify right away. We were trying to use my VA loan for the house and we?re working with a lender that kept leading us around by the nose and wanting to charge us a bunch of extra fees. Finally, after the ?do this and you?ll be good, now do that and you?ll be good?? my wife contacted Mickie and told her our situation. She hooked us up with a lender that got us a pre approval in two weeks when the others couldn?t in eight months. We were pre approved for the asking price of an AMAZING home but had no real wiggle room with the price. Mickie helped make our offer to be competitive anyway and now we are proud home owners and we couldn?t be happier! I had deleted my Zillow app because, well, we don?t need it anymore but I re installed it JUST to come back and leave this review because I know that there?s no way we?d be where we are now without the help of Mickie, and the least I can do is leave a review and attempt to put into words the appreciation we have for Mickie and the Key RE Team for helping us achieve a goal we felt was never going to happen.

Our experience with Mickie has been absolutely incredible....but it didn?t just start when we decide to sell our home....it began two years prior when we were just considering the idea of selling. We had dozens of interactions with her before we ever listed our home. She was always very gracious with her time and information. She never not once made us feel pressured or hurried in any way. As far as our experience went after we listed our home with Mickie, it was flawless. She was always very professional and *compassionate (*if you?ve ever sold a home and bought one at the same time, you know how stressful it can be), forthright and honest. ZillowVERIFIED Brea was my main realtor, she worked in conjunction with her mom Mickie and let me tell you they are Rockstars! When I hired Brea as my buying agent she was 9 months pregnant and I was a little apprehensive about it but I had so much faith in her work ethic as I could tell she was a lot like me. Not only was she so on top of showing me houses that were going to sell fast she was very knowledgeable and provided a game plan for what to would be a reasonable offer to get our offer accepted. She actually ended up getting us 3 of 4 offers accepted all multiple offer situations. 2 of them we decided just wasnt a fit afterall. Then the last one was the perfect one, she was actually in labor still contacting the selling agent for us and got our offer accepted only 2 hours from giving birth to her baby boy! She worked around the clock to do the best job for us. Got our loan closed in only 17 days. If I could give Brea and her team more than 5 stars I would, definitely have been a pleasure to work with. If you want an agent who can get you the perfect house in this hot market where there are multiple offers, Brea is your girl!

In 2008 Mickie spent countless hours showing us houses for the better part of a month, but when we finally found ?the 1? it was a smooth easy process. Exactly 10 years later it was time for our son to purchase his first home. There was no doubt we wanted Mickie to represent him as a buyer. After going over what he wanted in a home, they set out on their first showings. The first house turned out on o be the one he wanted. Two hours later his offer was accepted and into escrow. Fifteen days later, he is a homeowner. I couldn?t believe how fast and efficient the process was. Mickie explained every step and he was fully aware of everything that was happening. To say that Mickie was very professional and 100% looked out for his best interest is a complete understatement. Mickie made herself available to him at all hours and even while on a quick vacation break for herself she was available for him. If you are looking for a stellar group of people to handle either your sale or purchase, you can?t go wrong here!

ZillowVERIFIED Okay, Im big on reviews and letting my voice be heard when its necessary and it feels necessary. I bought a home two years ago and it didnt go as planned with my partner , tried holding onto the house and became clear to move forward with my life i needed to sell my home, and I knew I personally wanted to do the least amount possible, because its emotionally hard for me to do on my own. I gave my original realtor and his team a chance to sell the home , twice in 2017. I told him I would give him an opportunity to sell it if I ever wanted to sell it , and him and his team had it a total of 82 days on market from two separate postings. It never sold and only had one offer in that period of time. I finally had enough , and pulled it off market.. without hesitation after reading reviews and studying their portfolio, I went with the Key RE team , Mickie and Bres attention to detail and passion for their career, shined bright. Home was posted on a thursday and offers came in within a day they had 1 open house and had a buyer within 4 days! They made me feel comfortable and all my worries wiped away. I am able to move on with my life and these two are living angels. Realty One should be proud to have these two on their team. What an experience.

I felt very comfortable with her and was impressed with her knowledge of the market...so much so I decided to have her work with me in my home search.
