ZillowVERIFIEDIsabel represented the buyer of my property. Overall bad experience. Waited until the last minute to schedule inspections and then asked for extensions. She used an incorrect HOA document(outdated and wrong HOA) to terminate contract at 11pm on the day we were supposed to close. I believe this was unethical and possibly fraudulent and then used the fact that she had my home off market for over 2 months and the market had softened so I would give her buyers extensions. Eventually closed but I paid her a lot of commission for horrible service.
