ZillowVERIFIED Michelle did an exceptional job in helping us buy our Sunshine State home! She knows the local housing market and conditions thoroughly and helped us achieved a purchase price that saved us a great deal of money. Being out-of-state buyers, Michelle guided us through the purchase and closing process while looking after our interest every step of the way as we couldn't be there in person. She was particularly helpful when we had to deal with a less-than-desirable title/escrow agent that was chosen by the seller since the seller was paying for the owner's title insurance policy. What's more, Michelle continued to help us after the closing as it would be another month before we would arrive at our new home. She'd went above an beyond what an average agent would, but she's no ordinary agent. I would definitely recommend Michelle as she's a diligent and execptional agent, and will look after your interest as well.

She worked endlessly to make sure that my needs were met, questions were answered, and was there every step of the way. We were in our house within three weeks from going under contract. She is amazing and I couldnt recommend her enough. When Michelle looks at you, she doesnt see dollar signs. Michelle pictures your future and always has your best interest at heart. ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is extraordinary! I can't say enough about her. She does way above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. She has helped in all aspects. She was wonderful showing us houses, the buying process, the closing process & is still helping us after our closing. This was a secondary home purchase. Our primary home is a plane ride away. She did our initial walk through for us, which was no easy feat. She knows that I'm OCD and I like things to be pretty much perfect. You really expect perfection with a new home, but she found so many things for us. She acted as if she was purchasing the home herself, which we greatly appreciated. She also did our final walk through with us. She has sent us updates with pictures. She even purchased a blow up mattress for us, including all the bedding, towels, facecloths, soap and a roll of toilet paper so that we wouldn't have to go out and do that ourselves the night we closed and spent in the house. She also bought us inscribed serving tray with us that was personalized just for us. She listens and remembers everything. She is the absolute best. I consider her a new friend and not just our realtor. I highly recommend her!!!

We worked with our agent in Tampa to sell. With Michelle, it was like looking for a home with a family member. We absolutely love this lady. We had to buy with the contingency that we sell our house in Tampa, and what we thought would be a quick sale became excruciatingly painful as we couldn't meet the deadline. Michelle held our hand throughout this heartbreaking process, and let me tell you, there is a very special place in heaven for this lady. It's not over, in my opinion, as I believe that she will find us another house there after we finally do sell here. She had nothing to gain if we didn't sell, but never closed the door on us.
