ZillowVERIFIED We've actually known Amber through mutual friends. Although we had a few ups and downs in our home sale, I can only say that I would highly recommend Amber and the EXIT Team. She informed us of certain "gray areas", that we weren't up- to- date with and gave us her honest opinion in all aspects of a potential buyer. If I buy another house, I'm calling Michelle Terry's team! Professional, Respectful, and Honest!

ZillowVERIFIED We are so glad that we chose Robin and the Michelle Terry Team to help us buy our house. Robin was incredibly proactive in her communications, which was vitally important since we were buying from all the way across the country. She kept us informed every step of the way, and was backed up by a fantastic team. We highly recommend Robin.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle Terry and Alyssa Carroll and the rest of the Michelle Terry Team were truly amazing for me on both the buy side & sell side. I'm so very pleased with all aspects of their work, from the initial meeting and evaluation, through the listing price, the listing photos and virtual tour, to the negotiations with the 5 prospective buyers who made offers within 2 days of listing, right through to ensuring both buy & sell transactions occurred on schedule. The Team was also always very responsive to me and a constant source of good referrals for services in which I was interested. Michelle owns 2 Exit Realty franchises & clearly has a wealth of experience in this field. I enthusiastically recommend her & her team to anyone buying and/or selling a home. Id give them 10 stars if I could. I'm obviously truly grateful for their hard work & assistance throughout this process!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a better agent to guide us thru the purchase of our home. We encountered several issues during the process due to the seller and Michelle was there to assist and explain everything along the way. If not for her experience and knowledge the purchase would have ended up being cancelled. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone that wants to sell or buy a property!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Michelle for multiple real estate transactions, both as a buyers agent and sellers agent. This woman is the whole "Dog and Pony Show". Her tenure in the Real Estate field has given her knowledge and experience in ALL aspects of the field. I wouldn't choose anyone else to represent us for such life altering/expensive decisions. Michelle is extremely customer service oriented, her drive to get things done is spectacular and her responsiveness is like no one else in her business! Our most recent accomplishment was the sale of my Home in December 2020, the listing she put up was active for 4 days, got 5 offers over asking and we ended up with a 110% return on our property. Michelle works days, nights, weekends and during time away, to get her customers the results they desire - she always delivers above and beyond! We highly recommend Michelle Terry and her team! Already working with her for our next adventure!

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle (and her whole TEAM) did a remarkable job on our recent sale and purchase transactions. True professionals -- conscientious, sharp, attentive and responsive, and Michelle is a great leader and mentor of the whole bunch. They made the whole process (which could have been stressful) a streamlined pleasure. A true joy to work with and get to know -- Michelle knows her business and has an impressive network of support. This will save you money and time -- or make you more $$, for sure -- whatever the angle may be. She navigates like a master sailor! :) I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone -- on the buy or sell side. I've worked with a number of realtors over the years and she's definitely at the top of that list. Much appreciation to her and her whole team. Kudos!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home-buyer, we didn't know what we wanted. Alyssa listened to our needs/wants and only showed us properties that matched our criteria. When we found the home, Alyssa quickly read the market and advised on a competitive offer to secure it. She helped coordinate all closing activities to ensure a timely close. We couldn't be happier in our new home, thanks to Alyssa!

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was extremely helpful to us from the very beginning of selling our parents' home. She responded quickly with lots of helpful information when we contacted her while searching for an agent. She went above and beyond in helping us through the process. She made sure the house looked fantastic for the photographer and for the showings. We live about 500 miles away from the property and she kept us informed every step of the way. She knows all the ins and outs of the business and made sure that we got all the required inspections and helped us through getting any necessary repairs completed. And she was positive and upbeat throughout the process. We could not recommend her more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED The Team clearly communicated the real estate process at the beginning of our journey which helped us execute quick as the team guided us on certain task. We bought our house in a Sellers market so we had to move quick. My wife and I felt like the team adapted to our style and fully catered us on our taste and needs for our house. We hit each milestone the team set on time and negotiated prices that meet our expectations. The Michelle Terry team are real estate professionals and they all work together like a "Swiss Watch". It did not matter who we talked to on the team, every member was educated on what step we were through the duration of the real estate life cycle. Thank you so very much Michelle Terry Team for our wonderful home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn truly went above and beyond to facilitate our purchase of a home we love. She navigated a complicated field of requirements not just from the state, but also the town and our lender. She never let us give up hope that closing day would come. That she was able to maintain her professionalism throughout the process was, to us, nothing short of remarkable. I recommend her with no reservations whatsoever.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and. sold 6 homes. Michelle is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She was always available to answer questions. She has gone out of her way to assist with things like movers and handy men. I was buying from out of state. She made it feel as if I was in the same room with her! When I flew out to view my new home it was all she said it was and more! She is the easiest person to work with. Her staff are all extremely nice. Everyone is professional, respectful and down to earth. If I were to sell my home she would be the only agent I would work with. Michelle is outstanding, a really nice and wonderful person. I cannot say enough about her!

ZillowVERIFIED Our dealings with Michelle and Exit Realty could not have been better! As a family who has moved many times through Corporate relocations, dealing with Michelle to sell our home and move south for retirement was literally a breath of fresh air. We have never experienced the personal touch and "I can do it all for you" that Michelle exhibited. From suggestions on interior refreshment and referral of contractors for that portion, Our closing was after we had moved and was painless and GREAT! AND, she sold it to the 3rd party that looked at it for the listing amount, save for a very small amount of further enhancement. Kudos to the lawyer that was recommended and the contractor she recommended as well.

ZillowVERIFIED We were blessed to have Michelle as our agent. She is a true pro, and always putting her client's needs first. Her in depth knowledge of the market, the way she will take the highly stressful aspects of a move OFF of her clients, and the way she just gets things done so timely and smoothly barely scratches the surface of the great experience you will have with her. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, we 100% recommend you hire her. Her work is outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is amazing. We relocated from the metrowest area to central Massachusetts and were exploring multiple towns and homes. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about local schools and businesses (including mortgage and insurance) and was very supportive as we made our decision - even showing us the home we ultimately bought on three separate occasions! Michelle helped us to execute simultaneous closings on the new house and the house we sold, which was no small feat. She has a great network of friends and local contractors and was incredibly responsive to all of our needs and concerns throughout the process of buying a home and relocating to a new area. I recommend her highly!

ZillowVERIFIED Great contact with us throughout the home buying process and good liaison between the sellers and us. He was able to show us all the houses we had planned to see in one day as well as a last minute request to see a house (which is the one we ended up buying).

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very unique piece of property in our area to sell. Michelle was very patient with us and offered many different solutions to try to sell our home. She advertised in NY papers along with many open houses. I knew our home did need updating but at the same time this was a one of a kind home with plenty to offer and she marketed our property as such.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is the most dedicated and resourceful professional you could ever ask for. She is with you every step of the way, she makes you feel like you are working with a family member who cares about your interests as much as you do. She is a intelligent expert in her field. Her endless energy and optimism is a consistent reassurance during a very stressful time. When she sold our home and she found us another to purchase I was sad not to have a reason to speak to her daily. Michelle takes care of you and her success is earned and deserved.
