She has gone out of her way to assist with things like movers and handy men. I was buying from out of state. She made it feel as if I was in the same room with her! When I flew out to view my new home it was all she said it was and more! She is the easiest person to work with. Her staff are all extremely nice. As a family who has moved many times through Corporate relocations, dealing with Michelle to sell our home and move south for retirement was literally a breath of fresh air. We have never experienced the personal touch and "I can do it all for you" that Michelle exhibited. From suggestions on interior refreshment and referral of contractors for that portion, Our closing was after we had moved and was painless and GREAT! AND, she sold it to the 3rd party that looked at it for the listing amount, save for a very small amount of further enhancement. Kudos to the lawyer that was recommended and the contractor she recommended as well.
