We chose to list our home this time with Michelle mostly due to very positive recommendations we received from our friends who had previously used her. There are many glowing reviews given here for Michelle. I have to say in the 45 years that Ive been a private real estate investor I have never received as good of service from another realtor like Michelle provided. She is honest about pricing; shes has excellent negotiating skills; she always responded promptly to my too frequent inquiries; and best of all shes a really nice person. In my opinion Michelle is the best agent in Discovery Bay!

After interviewing the first three we almost cancelled the last, assuming we had seen the best agents available, we were so wrong. We were blown away by her level of service, knowledge of the market and expectations for our home. Michelle carried herself with positivity and patience, she was always available when we needed to talk no matter how small the issue was. She quickly helped us sell our home in Discovery Bay and offered to help us find our current home even though we were searching in a market almost 2 hours away. I met Michelle and really enjoyed how she had setup the home and the atmosphere she created during the open house. I suggested my wife swing by, unfortunately it wasnt until after the open house had ended. My wife contacted Michelle, who was more than willing to meet her and provide a second showing the following day. Michelle's typical response is always, "Come on over, let's go!" We have stayed late on weekdays and weekends putting offers together. She is even helping us with things needed to get comfortable moving into a home from our small apartment. We are first time home buyers with very little experience with how things work.
