ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was a fantastic real estate agent. She knew our numbers well, knew what we needed, and talked us through the process. Every house she would tell us what we would experience, such as higher utility bills or if there was some wood rot. There was one offer we had where she gave us great advice. We were looking at a bit of a fixer-upper and we wanted to throw a low offer in. She was happy to do that for us. The sellers countered with a different offer, still higher than what we wanted. Michelle talked to us and gave her opinion on the house, helped us know how to negotiate well. The sellers pulled, but we are happy to not have paid more than what we wanted to. Ultimately, she helped us find a place we now call home. Even after the closing date she has still been an excellent resource to us.

Michelle received my information and was in contact with me for that whole year prior to us being ready to purchase a home. Every month or two she would call to check in, specifically if she received a listing for a property that fit our needs. She wasn't pushy and was very understanding that we weren't yet ready to move forward in the process. Because she had already been so helpful, I saved her number so that when we were ready to start the search for our new home a year later, Michelle would be the one to help us.
