ZillowVERIFIED Michelle helped me so much in this selling process and made sure that my family home was sold to people who would care about it. She went the extra mile to make sure that my cats were safe during showings which took a weight off my mind during the process. She is very resourceful and when I needed recommendations on professionals in the area, the response was immediate with someone she knew and trusted.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle Scott Spreacker at Realty Exchange during the process of buying our first home, and I cannot sing her praises enough. From the moment we met Michelle, she exuded warmth and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Throughout the entire journey, Michelle demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring that our needs were not just met, but exceeded. She walked us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, alleviating any concerns we had along the way. What truly sets Michelle apart is her genuine care and concern for her clients. She didn't just see us as another transaction; she treated us like dear friends, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and valued. Michelle's professionalism is matched only by her compassion. She checked in on us regularly, not just during the buying process, but even after we had settled into our new home. It's rare to find someone in the real estate industry who is as invested in their clients' well-being as Michelle is. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. With Michelle by your side, you can trust that you're in the very best hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent. She helped me sell my condo which had been on the market for almost 2 years prior. I had potential buyers looking at immediately with offers that followed shortly thereafter. Because of its location above businesses and some of the real estate laws it took us a while to find a buyer they could get a loan approved but we finally got there. Overall great experience

Her knowledge, responsiveness, being on top of everything, and mainly her kindness and understanding, truly made selling my home a lot less stressful. She was always ready to listen to me and then give her thoughts or suggestion and together we could resolve an issue. She was my agent when I purchased my new place, things were great with her, and it was only fitting ,that I let her sell my home. A very kind lady.

ZillowVERIFIED I so grateful to Michelle for her skill and patience when selling my mother's house in Huntington. There were many houses for sale in the neighborhood, yet the house was sold without a long delay. Michelle handled all the details so that I did not have to make a trip back to Huntington. It is easy to work with her as she guided me through the process, answered all my questions promptly, negotiated satisfactorily, and encouraged me when I had doubts. ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is a truly wonderful, helpful, down to earth, and intelligent person. She put my faith back into realtors, when at the time, my opinion of them was very low. She answered all my questions lightning fast, and worked extremely hard for me. Even though I have bought and sold before, Michelle provided valuable insight throughout the whole process. Whether I needed input on inspections, or loans, she had a quick response or solution. I would do it all over again with Michelle at the helm. Thanks to her my wonderful buying process was painless and anxiety free. Thank you so much Michelle, if you are looking for a realtor she is a diamond.
