ZillowVERIFIED Michelle helped me through a very difficult short sale. The property was already under contract and she reached out to the sellers agent just to give them our name and information in case anything fell through with the current contract. The deal fell through and Michelle had me in the house next day and an excepted offer within days. There were a ton of challenges with this purchase. I could write a book, but in the end I got the house. With out her patience and expertise, the deal would never of happened!

She made herself assessable at any time to show a home, call her or answer questions. She went over every inch of a home with me. Michlle even worked around me work schedule. I told my friend and family how at ease she made me feel during this process. She kept me updated on everything, even the status with the lender. I will be referraling her if anyone ask about a realator. She also will be consider a friend to me. I will be keeping in touch with her to give her updates on this nice home she found for me. She showed me many places until she found this that house that connect and perfect for me in so many ways. Michelle needs to be awarded for patients, sincerity, and really caring that I got want a home I can afford and would comfortable in. I went through this process with other realators and never got anything because I didn't feel at ease with the aswers they gave to my questions. If I could I would give Michelle 10 stars. She was a angel and a blessing from GOD.
