ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle did an outstanding job. We were at an impasse that I thought would block our purchase of our most recent rental. This was where Michelle's performance shined the most. She assisted through the roadblock and actually negotiated essentially the same thing that I originally wanted but she shaped it in a way the seller could agree to. Outstanding facilitator/negotiator skills.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle and Brad are a fantastic team. i would 100% recommend if you are moving to the Berwick area. Michelle was informative during the home buying process, provided various options that fit our buying criteria, timely with responses, and overall a pleasure to work with. She works diligently and puts in a great deal of effort for her customers. She will also provide you with trusted points of contact if you are not from the area to handle all of your home buying needs. Brad is a great source of information for things related to overall home maintenance and can provide valuable insight for those who may not be so "handyman" inclined. Buying, selling or renting I would use Advanced Realty and Michelle and Brad again.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle did an amazing job and worked patiently with us during our house hunting search. We never felt pressured to put an offer on anything unless we were absolutely certain we wanted to move forward with a purchase. Michelle is also very honest, knowledgeable and willing to help gather any further information as needed. Michelle also was very quick to get us into properties we wanted to see and was very accommodating to our schedules. When my next need to buy/sell a home, I will definitely use Michelle again. If you need an agent, I definitely recommend working with Michelle.

ZillowVERIFIED Have been working with Michelle since 2009. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in selling and buying homes/land. She has made our experience from the first time we bought (2009-2010) to buying our land (2020) and closing on our old house just recently (2/2023) a breeze. She never gives up and also pushes for her clients. Highly recommend Advanced Reality and Michelle Smith as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle and Brad have helped me two very important times in my life. The first time was 10 years ago when they helped us find and purchase our first house. Because of Michelle's experience and knowledge she saved us from having to pay for a required sand mound on our own. The cost was split between us and the homeowners. The second time Michelle and Brad helped us we sold our parents house. I was a mess, they took my hand and guided me through everything!!! They are the best the business has to offer!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle stuck with me in the sale of a difficult to market p[property. It needed a very specific type of buyer and she found one. Circumstances also required special handling of title insurance and Michelle made it happen. I'd use her again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle and Brad were absolutely amazing. They were patient and honest with us throughout the whole process of buying our first home, and they even went out of their way to find us a house listed for sale by owner while the market was so crazy. I would recommend anyone I know to work with them because they truly care about their clients rather than just making money. They offered to assist us after we move in which just goes to show that they truly are good people. Definitely work with them for quality assistance. 10/10 love both Michelle and Brad at Advanced Reality Solutions in Berwick, PA!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Michelle years ago, she was so patient and kind.. so when I decided to sell my house I knew exactly who to use. She came to view my property prior to listing and told me I think you are going to be surprised on what you could get and also recommended some minor improvements that would sell the house quickly. I was skeptical but thought lets go for it, she was right. I got nearly asking price and had a buyer in less than a week. Her and Brad are a wonderful team and they are beyond helpful to make this transaction go as smoothly as possible! I cant thank them enough for all their hard work. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle did a great job and worked hard. Michelle managed to sell my house at a fair price and managed to do so during a pandemic. She had a lot going against her considering the states lockdown procedures. She kept in contact weekly and provided updates on how everything was moving throughout the entire process.
