I had such a great experience working with Michelle, who helped me buy my first and current home. When I moved to the Orlando area, a aEURoefriendaEUR? talked me into a rent to own program. After a few months and after educating myself as much as I could, I realized I was being deceived. I posted an email to various realtor sites where I explained my situation as candidly as possible, making it very clear what I was willing to invest based on what I had, and what I was not willing to negotiate. Michelle read my email, contacted me, stated that she was fascinated with my story and that she would be able to help. And boy did she ever! I could not believe how responsive she was to all my requests and questions. She also knew far more than I ever hoped about the process of buying a home.
