I am a full time KW7Hills Realtor. Prior to becoming a realtor, I owned an organizing and staging company which gives me skills to help sellers make their homes shine. As a native of Cincinnati, I bring a wealth of knowledge to buyers. As a member of the Agent Leadership Committee, I chair our Growth Committee as well as lead of team of fourteen amazing, experienced agents. My clients mean the world to me and often become a part of my family.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It is important to meet with your agent before shopping for homes. An agent will help navigate you through the loan process, negotiations, and requirements to purchase a home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
In any market, you want an agent who is full time and is a neighborhood expert. You are agent should not only go above and beyond to market your home, they should also be a master negotiator.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, investors and sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently I was able to negotiate for my buyers and get them under contract without giving the seller more than the asking price. I also sold my friends home in a day.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After 25 years of owning my cleaning, organizing and staging company, my children finished college and then I got my license in Real Estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being self employed for the last 29 years, I know what it takes to get the job done. My organizing and staging skills helps me help my sellers to stand out in a competitive market.
