She listed the house on a Friday, held 4 open houses that weekend and had us a wonderful offer by Monday. We were very anxious and nervous sellers. It was a huge move for my 78yo mother. Michelle was always the calm voice of reason we needed to get through the process. She also knew many local experts to help fix some items (electrical, etc) which was a tremendous help. In one instance, with zero prior notice, she dropped everything to meet a contractor at the house and let him in as we were out of town.
