ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle is knowledgeable about the comps in our area; prompt in securing photos for advertising and quick to set up an open house and viewings which lead to a quick contract. Her continued involvement helped make the paperwork, inspections and even securing movers a smooth transition. This was especially helpful since we live out of state. She stays on top of everything. If ever the need should arise, we would not hesitate to work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle was our agent for bot the purchase of a home and the sale of our existing one. She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful. Our communications with her were always fluid, constant and positive. Michelle guided us through the inspection of the home we purchased and provided the contacts for the different trades such as termite, property, electrical, plumbing, etc. Michelle managed the listing and sale of our previous house masterfully, resulting in a purchase price record for the community. We recommend Michelle with out any hesitation whatsoever.
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend the services of Michelle. We sold a luxury property in RSF while residing in another city. Getting the property in shape prior to listing involved a lot of work, and Michelle helped supervise and facilitate this work when I was unable to be physically present. This was definitely over and above what would have been expected from her. There were many offers and a lot of work and due diligence that took place, deals fell through yet, all the while, Michelle hung in there, and never wavered in her support and enthusiasm to sell this property. I am grateful to have found her and feel fortunate that she was so dedicated throughout the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDHire Michelle, if you want to work with an exceptional realtor! Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, and persistent. She is also a careful listener who responds to questions and concerns quickly, honestly, and accurately. Our situation was especially challenging, as we were looking for homes while living out of state, and we had very specific needs not found in the typical San Diego County home. Michelle patiently previewed and videoed many, many homes on our behalf, acquainted us with the various neighborhoods from Del Mar to Carlsbad, and helped us understand the current market. After a four month search, we found a terrific house, which she then helped us purchase at a great price. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was our cheerful partner. She is sincerely interested in helping her clients find the right home and is willing to spend the time it takes to do so. We are experienced home buyers, having purchased a number of homes in several states, but none of the realtors who assisted us in the past had Michelle?s level of expertise, skill, attention to detail, and determination. She is far above other realtors.
ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle helped us find our perfect home! She was always available and extremely helpful every step of the way. My case was particularly difficult as I am moving to Carlsbad from the Midwest. She would actually preview houses for me and send me pictures when I couldnt be there. A plus!
ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle is friendly and extremely hardworking. I felt like I could call her anytime and she would find time for me and help me with any questions I had. She really went above and beyond to be sure we were happy. We were able to purchase a home that is perfect for us!
ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle patiently worked with us for almost 3 yrs to find our dream home and sold the home we moved out of. She is an exceptional real estate agent in every way! Hardworking, punctual, listens well, is patient and persistent. No doubt, her life is her work, and she is always available to serve her clients. Knowledgable. If and when she doesnt know something, she always works hard to get you the answer. Michelle ?represents? her clients like no other. If you are looking for a home or selling -Michelle hands down will take care of you!
ZillowVERIFIEDWholehearted, unreserved recommendation! Michelle is a bull dog disguised as demure real estate agent. She continually submitted properties until she found us the right one and then negotiated relentlessly on our behalf to get an excellent deal. This was a complicated 3 property exchange and she handled all the details and worked well with the other brokers. Her response time was excellent and she left no question unanswered. Very professional on all counts!
ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle is the greatest Realtor that I have met. She is helping us sell our home and believe me it has not been easy. She shows our home on our time and has been able to get regular traffic to still come through. She has been there within minutes on the phone with any answers to questions we have had. I look forward to working with her on buying our new home.
