We saw three houses the same day with the realtor she referred us to and bought our dream home! Her selflessness to go above and beyond and to refer us to someone to help salvage our day deserves endless thanks! She is awesome, and despite us using a different realtor (only due to location), we would recommend her whole-heartedly!

There were even a few that she flat out said no to as we were looking around, because she knew it wasn't a great house, and I'd just be settling way too much for those places. She helped me find the absolute perfect house for me, and I am incredibly thankful for her. She cares enough to point out the great things about the houses, but also things to watch out for or not so great things to keep in mind to factor in at each place. 100/10 would recommend anyone to her!

She worked quickly and promptly returned emails,text or calls. She worked around our busy schedules showing us all the houses of interest some even in the evening or on lunch breaks etc. Set us up with a profile page of houses in our price range and areas where we could contact her as well. She was always fun to have around at showings giving us insider tips on agent tips, the area and what to look for in types of houses, mortgages and pointed out things we may had missed at showings. Once we found a home to put an offer in on Michelle went right to work kept us up to date and handled everything we needed to do. Kept in contact with the sellers agent, our loan specialist, all paperwork, for offer, counter offer etc all documents were done asap and she would offer suggestions on inspectors, appraisals and answered our questions about anything we would ask, or that we did not know about in their reports. She made the house buying experience a fun and professional experience. I can be a bit much to handle at times but Michelle was a joy to work with and can match up with all personalities. I cannot recommend her more. We cant wait to have her over in our new home for dinner once we are settled in. Michelle was a major part of us finding our new home, and we are so happy with everything, and cant thank you enough. If your looking at buying or selling a house give Michelle a call.
