ZillowVERIFIED We had followed Ms. Rizzo's successful stories and when we had to moved to DE due to my husband's new work I knew she would be "the one" (to make possible the sale of our beautiful & lovely ranch house). However, we couldn't get her contact info.Nevertheless; one of her promotional cards came to us in the mail! We immediately contacted her and in less than 3 months: we got it done! Thank you, Ms. Rizzo! You rock!!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have worked with Michelle for years and she continues to be the most accommodating and efficient realtor. Not only did she and her team assist us with the quick and efficient rental of our property, but they were able to provide great insight of the value, the market, and the neighborhood. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or rent!

ZillowVERIFIED I have to admit I did not know who Michelle was when I received a flyer in the mail and decided to take a chance and it ended up being the right one. Michelle is kind, warm, professional and responsive from day one. As a first time seller, she assured my fears and guided me through the whole process and it ended up being a complete piece of cake. Everything was also done very tastefully and professionally, including beautiful photos of my unit, to flyers to accommodating my request for booties/mask/gloves during the extra-stressful time of selling during COVID. Highly recommend her to anyone and am looking forward to working with her again when we look to purchase another home in the near future!

ZillowVERIFIED Last year Michelle helped us find weekend getaway at the beach and this time she helped us sell our house. She knocked it out of the ballpark! Literally 4 weeks from putting our house on the market to closing. Right time. Right price. Right realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was great to work with. I reached out to her to help find a tenant for my rental. I currently live in another state and she took care of EVERYTHING- all the repairs, inspections, showings, and of course finding a tenant. Michelle has incredible connections which enabled work to get done quickly and at a great price. I can't speak highly enough about Michelle and her assistant Krystina. They are both very professional and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely plan on using Michelle again when I look to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 2nd house sale Michelle Rizzo has sold for me in the last 6 months. Once again exceptional doesn't begin to describe the work that Michelle and her team provided. Upon my Mom's passing we had sell her house, we listed with another agent for 6 months with hardly any showings and he really didn't do anything to generate traffic and his only answer was to keep lowering the price. I wish I could have listed with her sooner but because we were locked into a contract with the 1st realtor we had to wait. Once we listed with Michelle, without lowering the price I might add, it had plenty of viewings and we received 2 offers resulting in a firm sale within 2 months. When I sold my own house I had the same experience with the first agent I used but when I switched to Michelle the house was sold with lots of traffic and in a relatively quick time. I wish I knew about her prior to listing my Mom's house initially.Michelle is a bundle of energy with a positive let's get it done attitude and went out of her way to check on my Mom's house which was empty at the time. On both homes she provided the staging, had professional photos posted and worked her magic on targeted social media Her services didn't just stop when we had a buyer but continued through the whole inspection process up until the day when the check was cut and placed in my hands. Along with Michelle I have to give kudos to her excellent staff Krystina and Lauren who were always there to help. Krystina was also very instrumental in managing the the whole inspection approval process for which I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelles complete knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry is that of a true professional. Her experience and intelligence, plus aEURoestreet smartsaEUR? made for having a true champion in our corner. Michelle has a wonderful network of expert professionals to call upon if the occasion should arise. However, the best characteristic of Michelle is her warm, genuine heart. She truly cares for her clients and makes sure the experience of the transaction is positive. Plus you will enjoy a good laugh with her along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED There are many Real Estate agents to pick from in Central NJ, but we were lucky to pick Michelle to sell our house. From the very beginning she took control and arranged for the stager and photographer to help us prepare the house for sale. Michelle was a calming influence when the deal looked like it was going sideways. In the end we closed with the original buyer and even the buyer told us we had a great agent. Thank you, Michelle.

ZillowVERIFIED After having our home on the market for months without a sale , my husband & I were frustrated. After interviewing realtors and meeting Michelle I knew she would be perfect. She was friendly, knowledgeable motivated and confident. She gave her professional opinion and had our house staged with furniture being that it was vacant. The stager was excellent! She selected beautiful furniture and decor. It truly looked like a model home. The pictures that were taken were great quality and really capture the beauty of our home. I believe both of these things really assisted in selling our home so quickly. After 1 week on the market, we had 7 offers. Michelle reviewed each one with us and gave her professional opinion to help us decide which offer was the strongest! The house was SOLD!! Our experience was excellent! It was a flawless, quick , stress free sale! I highly recommend Michelle and her team. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, the stager, photographer and office assistant Krystina! We cant thank you enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is the absolute very best realtor and one the kindest people you could hope to meet. She and her team took care of every single thing that we needed while selling our home in the most kindest professional manner possible. Our family was selling our home at a very difficult time, after losing a loved one, and Michelle made the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. She priced our home perfectly and had a buyer for us in about a week, as she predicted. Our family can't thank her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Michelle Rizzo is very professional and provides excellent service to us. She has a very good team which works with her to prepare our house to top notch status and with minimum expenses. She is always on top of everything, especially in our case when the buyers, buyers' lawyer are not very responsive in providing status such as loan approval, closing date, etc. She makes the selling of our house very easy and in a relatively short time. She and her team are excellent. We are very happy to have her to guide us thru the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a beloved home is sometimes hard to let go especially if you built a lifetime of memories there with your family. Michelle and her team made the experience for our family easy and effortless. She is beyond efficient and from the start, everything went off without a hitch. Our home was beautifully staged and we couldnt have more pleased with the results. We live in NC but NJ will always be our home. I would highly recommend Michelle Rizzo. ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Michelle's work ethic, kindness, dedication, and professionalism. Selling a home is so stressful - I had no idea when the process began for me. Michelle was with me every step of the way. She put up with my panic attacks and at times not so nice attitude with grace. I could turn to her with any question that I had and I she never once made me feel like I shouldn't have asked. I can't imagine having gotten through this process successfully without Michelle.
