In the first week, we have many showings. After the after week, we got three offers, and she carefully analyzes the pros and cons of all three offers, and then we picked the best one out of the three.Although we had some hiccups due to the investing company requesting for a large price reduction without any justification, Michelle helped us negotiating new price and at the end, we agreed to reduce only a small amount to close the deal within 1 monthThe systems that she uses are very efficient. When the house showing is scheduled, we get notifications and we also see all the events and the number showing per week. Most of the documents can be signed online (DocuSign), without leaving the house or meeting face to face
