The one person who made it so easy to stay on the road to success in a crazy market, was Michelle Radice! She is amazing and nothing short of the best! Not only is her customer service top of the line, but she made sure we knew everything about our purchase/sale and always answered all of my millions of questions! She was beyond patient with us when at times we needed to make relatively fast decisions because of the crazy market. She never pressured us and always had our best interest at heart. We cant stress this enough, Michelle ALWAYS had our best interest at heart. We always felt that Michelle would never lead us in a direction we werent comfortable with just to close a deal. On our sale we had about 15 offers, Michelle went thoroughly through each offer one by one. She made sure we understood all the terms before accepting any offer. We had several deals fall through on our sale, with all different issues on the buyer side, but Michelle always stayed the course with us and never wavered. At times we wanted to give up, but she knew we needed a bigger house for our growing family, and she would not let us give in. It finally all worked out in the end, and it was all because of Michelle. And oh by the way, the offer that finally went through, was the highest offer we had received throughout the entire process! On the buying side, after being out bid many times, we finally came upon our dream home and Michelle made sure nothing stood in the way of closing our deal. We are happily in our dream home thanks to Michelle. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and as a bonus, she now happens to be our neighbor!
