ZillowVERIFIED While I hate reading long recommendations, I hope you will read all that follows to understand why I strongly recommend Michelle Price for your Realty needs. In mid-September 2020, after I signed an employment contract with a Des Moines based company, I asked HR if they had any recommendations for a Realtor, as I would be relocating my family from Kansas City. They gave me Michelle Prices name and I contacted her by email. Within a few hours, she had responded and soon we had a group phone call with my husband to discuss timelines and what we were looking for. When we decided on a specific school district we were interested in, Michelle followed up with a not-at-all-overwhelming number of listings sent directly to us. Almost all of them had at least 3 of our 4 of our must have features. We drove to Des Moines with the kids the last weekend of September to walk through some available houses. We had strong interest in one of the homes but concerned about flooding, so she did her research and was able to answer our question, knowing the answer would dissuade us from pursuing the purchase of that specific house. To me, this demonstrated remarkable integrity. She was more interested in our long term happiness than with earning a commission with a sale. The next weekend, we again went up to Des Moines and walked through several more homes on Sunday morning Oct 4th. The first one we saw that day blew us away. She had listened to what we said the first day we looked at houses and had chosen a home that we probably would not have considered on our own, but she knew it would interest us. None that we saw afterward compared. We placed an offer at 11:45 and the seller accepted it by 12:30. Closed on 11/6, moved in 11/15, thanks in part to Michelle working miracles to help us arrange an inspection and recommended repairs. TALK TO HER! You wont be disappointed! The personalized attention she provided, her knowledge of the local area and years of Realty experience made our moving process so much easier!

Michelle helped me purchase a home years ago and I was so happy then that Ive since referred her to others and decided to use her recently while I built a home. So happy we did. She sat in on all of the builder meetings, kept meticulous notes, kept us all on track and even acted as a mediator when we found discrepancies with what the builder delivered vs. what was promised. Michelle made our part so easy. Building can be emotional and she let us sit back and enjoy the process. If things were getting stressful, she jumped in to take away our stress. Even now, months after weve closed and moved in, she is still providing us with counsel when weve found things the builder has neglected and has set up and accompanied us to subsequent meetings with the builder. Shes willing to have the tough conversations so that we dont have to. If youve never considered using a realtor during the building process, reconsider. All of our neighbors are in awe of our experience with her and wish they would have used her during their experience. I cant recommend Michelle enough!!! (And during all this, she managed to sell our other property. We barely lifted a finger!)

ZillowVERIFIED Over a 4 year period I had used 3 realtors to try to sell my home in Norwalk. I had a 16 year old home and I was competing with new construction the house wasnt selling. I had finally given up hope of selling and decided to rent out the home so I could move to Arizona. After the renters moved out, I really had some work to do to get the house ready for sale. My property manager recommended Michelle Price. Right away, I knew I was working with the right realtor! I knew that I would need to have some work done on the home to get it ready for sale, but since I live in Arizona it would be difficult to arrange upgrades and contractors. Michelle Price stepped up to the bat and basically became my very own project manager in Iowa. I cant say enough about the work that she did. She teamed up with my property manager and arranged carpeting, paint, granite countertops. She oversaw the whole process! She chose paint colors, carpeting, granite, new sinks. She recommended that I change out all the tile in the home which included a laundry room, 3 bathrooms, entryway and tub surrounds. She met with tile suppliers and chose the color palette. She scheduled the work and even showed up at the house to let workers in. Throughout the whole process, I was kept in the loop and she always got my approval on final colors and materials and costs. When the house was completed, it was updated and looked like a brand new home. All new paint all new flooring all new countertops and tub surrounds. Because of her work, we received an offer that was HIGHER than our asking price. Because of the money I spent on upgrades, I was able to get a higher price for the home. All of the money that I spent on upgrades was returned to me and more! Michelle knows the Norwalk market! She knew what was necessary to help my home compete with the new construction. She rolled up her sleeves and made everything happen.
