ZillowVERIFIED We met Michelle and Scott Perry on a Discovery Trip to Hot Springs Village in the Spring of 2022. We spent a day with them touring the Village and looking at several homes, none of which appealed to us at the time. We kept in touch with them, and they kept us informed of homes that might match our needs. We made a second trip to HSV in the Summer -- looked at several homes closer to what we were looking for, but didn't make a decision. On our third trip to look at homes in HSV, the Perry's were out of town, but they arranged for us to look at properties with one of their associates. A few weeks after that trip, we decided to purchase one of the homes we liked. Because we lived 5 hours away, Scott was diligent in providing information we needed to make our final decision -- sending additional pictures and getting questions answered. Throughout the purchase process and the closing process, Scott was very helpful with negotiations, referrals, and keeping us up to date. We would definitely recommend this couple to anyone interested in living in or investing in Hot Springs Village.

They were always polite and professional showing us numerous properties when we were in the area and sending us many places to look at while we were in Guam and they always found time and answers to all our questions. Since we was living in Guam and planning to move to Hot Springs Village when I retired from my job, it ended up being about a 2 year process before we finally found the place we did purchase and on every trip to Hot Springs Village from Guam, Scot and Michelle made reservations for us. I don't believe we would have been able to find a place and purchase it in Hot Springs Village if it wasn't for the professionalism and dedication displayed by Scott and Michelle.

As Dallas, TX. residents, when we sold our company over 3 years ago, we began looking for a part-time home in Hot Springs Village, AR. We met Michelle at the Visitors' Center. She really listened as we told her we wanted a 2-BR/2B with a garage, completely updated and furnished. In less than 2 months, Michelle called to tell us she had found a townhome that met all of our qualifications except for the garage. She already had a contractor to recommend to close in the carport and gave us an idea of the cost, saying it would still be in our price range. We trusted her and made an offer based on online pictures and Michelle's recommendation. During the past 3 years, my husband & I both fell more in love with HSV each time we would stay one or two weeks in our perfect get-away home. We both agreed (and told Michelle) we would only consider a full-time move from Dallas if we could find a lakefront property. Michelle would call once in a while and say, "I have a couple I'd like to show you." Perfect timing and perfect property, we closed on our NOW home on Lake Cortez. On Friday, we (Michelle) closed on the townhome we purchased 3+ years ago. Three times in three years, we have sat across the Title Company table with complete confidence that Michelle has taken great care of us. We have definitely recommended her to many others. One couple did work with Michelle when they purchased their home. And they have recommended her also. She is professional and very caring. Now her husband Scott and her make a great team!

ZillowVERIFIED Three years ago we were unable to get a time share condo in Hot Springs Arkansas. We discovered we could get one in a place called Hot Spring Village, AR. Even though we had once lived about 30 miles north of there, we had not heard of HSV. Reluctantly, we decided to go there for a week. Within one day we knew this was "the place" we wanted to retire. Two years ago we returned for a week on our timeshare and decided to test the market. We picked up all the local real estate mags and saw a property we were interested in that was listed by Hot Springs Village Realty. We contacted them and, by great fortune, Michelle Perry answered the phone. We told her of our interested in the property and a truly "customer-focused relationship" began. The same day we met with her and she identified our preferences - primarily a home on a lake and under $200K.The next day Michelle showed us 5 - 6 properties that came closest to our preferences. Though all were ok, they did not move us to make a decision. Because we were not in a rush to purchase, Michelle said she would keep on the lookout for best fit properties. Over two years, we returned periodically to look at properties identified by Michelle. Every time she made arrangements for us to stay in a reasonably priced, fully furnished condo over long weekends. Her patience in working with us was incredible! Last year we saw a listing that looked like it might meet our preference requirements. We immediately called Michelle and she arranged for us to look at the home two days later. Again, she arranged for accomodations over a high demand holiday weekend.The rest is history. We came, we saw, we knew this was the house we wanted - on a lake and in our price range. Even though Michelle and her family were set to go the next day on a much anticipated trip to Disney World, she worked with us into the evening to complete all the necessary preliminary paperwork. Though the purchase process was long and frustrating due to rigid morgrage lending requirements, Michelle was there every step of the way to reasuure us that everything would work out. Everything did and we closed in September. After the purchase, Michelle added incredible added value by preparing the house to live in - cleaning and assuring sale "contingencies/have to do's" were completed.We recommend HSV Realty and Michell Perry specifically to anyone seeking 5 Star service and personal attention.
