Because of my experience as an investor and developer in multiple states I understand that information is critical and takes years of experience in a given market to grasp. I found that Michelle not only quickly educated me in these areas but has offered real estate advice that has made significant financial differences in two transactions in the past three (3) months alone. In fact, because of her exemplary service and the fact that it is refreshing to find brokers that are not afraid to give real advice (even if that advice results in a missed sale) told me that Michelle is a professional that protects her client's long term interest. Speaking as a former real estate attorney for over 20 years and former Chairman of the Kansas Real Estate Commission, I can tell you that Michelle works extremely hard, rarely seems to rest, has a great business and family and yet is always available to assist.
