ZillowVERIFIED There are sooooo many adjectives that I could utilize to describe my love, appreciation, and satisfaction with Michelle such as AMAZING, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, UNDERSTANDING, A GREAT LISTENER, SINCERE, AND WITTY just to name a few. All of that to say that she made my experience as a first time homeseller the best and 98% stress free (the 2% of stress that I felt was what I brought upon myself by overthinking things, lol). Michelle made me feel as if I was her only client in a sense because whenever I needed her she made herself available whether is was by email, text, or a phone call no matter the time or day. I found a sense of comfort with her and it felt as if I had been knowing her for years and yet I have never did met her in person. I had a ton of questions about the process, the cost, and anything else that popped in my mind...each time Michelle responded promptly and provide me with the insight and clarity I needed to restore my peace which is something I valued being that I was a seller that lives 2 1/2 hours from where my home that I was selling was. However, Michelle ensured that everything that needed to be taken care of was without me having to travel back and forth to get things done..that to me was truly priceless. Not only is Michelle as a person amazing, her work ethics are as well as evidence by her ability to sell/have a bid placed on my home within 3 days of putting on the market!!!!! She has a wonderful photographer who's work was truly amazing!! We closed 45 days out from the bid being placed as requested by the buyer. Another thing I loved was the quality of work created by her photographer!! When I looked at the pictures I was amazed!!! My family saw the pictures and stated the house looked so good that they wanted to move back, lol. Most importantly, potential buyers saw the pictures and became excited about viewing the home and so they were scheduling viewings back to back. Within the first 3 days we had an offer!! If I had to go through this process all over again and was given the opportunity to pick anyone in the world to represent me...I WOULD CHOICE MICHELLE AGAIN OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! Without any reservations, I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need.

She blamed the attorney - however a member of her firm later told me that it was her fault due to her not giving the attorney the information in a timely fashion. It cost me over 10k. She then represented the sell of another home for which she over estimated the resale value. Another 10K loss. She is duplicitous and a liar.
