Even though I thought I was searching the online listings thoroughly on my own, many times she brought me homes I hadn't seen that met my search criteria and were wonderful. She's incredibly patient, and knew when I was starting to feel overwhelmed with all the details. She would break it down for me into steps, so I wasn't pulling out my hair. My husband and I felt like we had a real advocate on our side during negotiations as well - someone we could trust to give great advice, which she did, time and again! One of the most impressive things about Michelle is her responsiveness. We knew we weren't the easiest clients to deal with being that our schedule's only allowed for Sunday viewings. To top it off we were looking for looking for acreage and a small stick built home for less than $100k. She said,"We'll make it happen". Michelle was always there when we needed her. One evening we emailed back and fourth till 11:30 to get a rush offer on the table for the next day.
