She kept us calm when there were issues (one buyer backed out at last minute & we were pretty anxious). She always listened to our questions & if she didn't know an answer she would find out & get right back to us. Michelle had no problem working with our circumstances (house owned by myself & ex- mother-in-law) & made sure we were both happy & informed at every step. If I ever called & she didn't answer, I would get a return call within 10-15 minutes... (this was very important to me). I found Michelle through the "Homes for Heroes" program & appreciate her for giving back to the community. If you need an agent, I cannot recommend Michelle Monnig highly enough.
