Review Michelle is a great realtor to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and an advocate for her clients. We had a few requests that Michelle gladly accommodated, such as no sign, no key box, and no open houses. While she did communicate that those requests could slow down the sale of our house, she never complained and worked with us. Throughout the roller coaster ride of potential buyers coming and going, Michelle continuously followed up with the buyers realtors and communicated the status of their interest to us. Once the Buyer finally came along, Michelle handled the contract and closing process like a true professional. After my personal experiences of being a client of several agents in the Green Valley/Sahuarita area (both buying and selling), I highly recommend you give Michelle a chance when selling your home. She really is one of the best there is in this area.

Review After interviewing several realtors, my parents, my sister, and me decided to sign with Michelle Metcalf due to her experience with the specific neighborhood in Arizona. Because my parents were immediately moving and vacating the property, we had several issues that required an onsite person to take on. MIchelle handled these issues involving third party contractors and service people very adeptly and saved us the time and expense of traveling back to the area over the next few months. Michelle kept us informed as to the market conditions and the traffic that the listing was capturing. The transaction was closed this week and we couldn't have been better served. I found Michelle to be very understanding and she will work with you and your needs. She will suggest a game plan that could help your achieve your goals as soon as possible. She is also exceedingly knowledgeable in her profession. When we went to view a home, she would not hover over us, but would be close at hand to answer any question we might have. If she didnt know the answer, she would do everything she could to get the answer expeditiously. She is not pushy, trying to do something that is not in YOUR best interest. Review Michelle helped me sell my parent's house after they passed away. Other than initial preparation for sale, this was done without me having to travel back to the site (I live in another state), which was a big benefit for me. She arranged for some services such as carpet cleaning and shed cleanout to make the house more appealing, and also for electronic review and signatures on the various documents. The listing write-up and photos were first rate. We had multiple offers within a week. I believe her negotiating skills and market knowledge helped minimize my closing costs and avoid buyer inspection repair costs. She was able to handle changes to contract inspection and closing dates caused by delays with natural gas utility work.

Review Michelle absolutely lived up to her stellar reputation when selling our home. She was very professional,very hard working, very responsive, very knowledgable about the area, knew the sale process like the back of her hand, and was clearly a seasoned negotiator. She told us our house would sell quickly at a higher price than I expected, and true to her word we had an asking price offer within 48 hours.I also appreciated her attention to the smaller details like always being on time for appointments, not interrupting our meetings by taking phone calls, and using a high end camera for listing photos. These may seem like common sense behaviors but I can tell you from 2 prior experiences with other agents that this is not a standard practice.I also noticed that even though Michelle has several other listings I never felt like I was "second fiddle" to anyone. Even when she was out of state at a seminar she was still completely engaged and kept us updated. I would recommend Michelle to anyone in a heartbeat.

We liked Michelles positive attitude, and her proposed asking price was the highest by a substantial margin (which appealed to us!), and we decided to go with Michelle. The house sold in a very reasonable length of time. Unbelievably, the actual price that we received for the house was higher than the asking price proposed by any of the other realtors!Michelle Metcalf went way above what most realtors do! We live out of state, and Michelle handled all aspects of getting the house ready to sell (paint, cleaning, new light fixtures, repairs, etc.), as well as furniture selection when we decided to sell it furnished. My wife contacted her on a Sunday about a house that caught our eye, and after pulling it up, she immediately said that we needed to jump on this because it wouldn't last long on the market. The fact that it was the weekend didn't make a difference to her. The negotiating was done in a timely matter, closing costs was paid for by the seller, and she got a free courtesy signing for us in Green Valley. The home inspector that Michelle used was very thorough, which was exactly what I wanted since we were purchasing a foreclosure. Any and all questions we had, she responded to very quickly.
