Theo, with his European honesty, didn't shy away from pointing out potential house issues during some of our viewings. He is very knowledgeable in his field, especially when it comes to the materials houses were built with, furnaces, any problems house might have in the future. They genuinely care. Despite having little kids at home, they went the extra mile to arrange babysitters so they could show us homes. Michelle, with her gentle demeanor, always sends us a list of homes we might like and always proactive with documents we needed to sign. Their support didn't end with the home search. After we signed the contract, they provided valuable advice on the next steps, making sure we were prepared for everything - the legal and mortgage process steps. ZillowVERIFIED I do not have enough good things to say about how great Michelle was. I had NO clue what I was doing as I began my search for a condo. I had my eye on one for over a year while I waited to be cleared for a mortgage and Michelle helped me get everything in order to then go see the condo right away as I was approved. She was very knowledgable throughout the whole process and assisted me with every single question I had, and trust me, there were a lot of questions. I have a job with varying hours throughout the whole day and weekend that limit my responsiveness and Michelle was willing to deal with my schedule and assist me on the phone and through messaging during all hours of the day. She really goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your choice in home and that you get the deal you deserve.
