ZillowVERIFIEDSearching for a tenant is never easy, and a bad tenant can be worse than no tenant. You want someone in your corner whos knowledgeable, can convey that knowledge in an easily digestible way, and goes out day in and day out with the commitment and drive to find you that tenant. If that sounds like an agent you want, then Kims your go-to. One experience of note was a phone call wherein she relayed critical feedback on a few prospective tenants who mentioned they liked the property but disliked how big the fridge was for the unit. Knowing I was already looking for a refrigerator for another unit, I could move the fridge to a different one and purchase a smaller, less expensive one for the empty one, saving money. After renting out this unit, you can bet Ill contact her for the next one, and you should, too.
