ZillowVERIFIED My spouse, Sharon, contacted Mrs. Sara Dopp, of Team Lundeen out of Cambridge, MN, about a year ago and asked that she show us a few properties we were interested in and which were located in Isanti and Cambridge, respectively. For the most part the properties were outstanding but with minor exceptions that prompted us to search further (pet and other odors for the most part, plus a few properties with aging appliances). Sara never gave up on us and was quick to tell us about new listings that fit most of our requirements (e.g., Single story townhome with easy access in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood that was close to a hospital and had a dialysis center nearby). Not only did she manage to check all of our boxes, she exceeded our lofty expectations. Furthermore, throughout this year long process besieged with Covid, she immediately responded to the numerous inquiries that wed texted or emailed her. We always felt like we were the most important clients she ever had. He expertly found the balance between teaching us everything we needed to know about buying a home in Minnesota and respecting our knowledge gained from previous experiences without being patronizing. This was the first time we purchased a home sight unseen. Thanks to modern technology, Jeff used FaceTime to show us several houses from afar, and he did an amazing job making us feel like we were there in person. He gave perfect descriptions using all of the senses, from the unique smells to the sound of traffic in the distance to the feel of the humidity in a basement.We started our house hunting not knowing exactly what we were looking for. Jeff demonstrated amazing patience while we figured out what we wanted. When we voiced a desire to live on a certain street (without houses for sale), he even called each homeowner to see if they were interested in selling. He consistently went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor. He was flexible with our crazy work and parenting schedules and time zone differences, often working late into the night for us.Another impressive thing about Jeff is the professionals with whom he surrounds himself.
