As first-time homebuyers, we couldnt have asked for a better agent than Jake! He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we navigated through the home buying process. He let us know what to look out for in a home, and the costs to maintain/replace certain parts of a house. Jake never rushed us and was always willing to tour different types of houses, helping us narrow down on what we like and don't like. We're so happy we picked Jacob (Jake) to help us sell our property. He did an amazing job and made everything easy for us. On top of that, he was our realtor when we bought the property and he found us great people to rent our place before we sold it. He really knows his stuff and was always there to answer our questions. But what impressed us the most was how he went the extra mile when we hit a snag. We needed a special paper from our HOA management company to sell the house. The HOA was slow, and we were getting worried. Jake stepped in, talked to the right people, and got the paper we needed, saving the day.
