Michelle was instrumental in my finding and purchasing my condo. As an out-of-State buyer I relied extensively on her expertise and knowledge of the local market. Michelle took the time to drive me around several neighborhoods, highlighting the points of interest, and giving me information I needed. She paid close attention to my needs and requirements, and when she spotted a brand new listing that was on target she immediately notified me. We were the first visitors, made an offer right away, and thanks to her guidance with the contract terms in a very competitive market I was able to move forward with the transaction. I connected with Michelle immediately upon meeting her. I had a very negative experience with a realtor in the past but felt a sense of trust with her right away. She helped me sell my home of twenty years right away. The logistical aspects were seamless but more importantly she was compassionate and supportive with the emotional aspects of selling the home I raised both of my daughters in.
