We were living in one state and buying a home in another, and she helped to make the process very smooth, visiting houses on our behalf and letting us know about the ones it was worth our making a special trip for. We really appreciated some of the above-and-beyond leg work she did, such as reaching out to the town about open permits, contacting a utility company to understand how certain situations would impact us, etc., and most of this without our asking. We would absolutely enlist her services again if were ever in the market to buy another house.

She definitely comes across as a knowledgable professional but she also makes you feel like she is your friend too. It is clear she loves what she does and her work ethic is such that she will not give up until she has done everything she can for you. And long after the sale is done, you can be sure Michelle will still be checking in on you to make sure you are doing good. ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle helped us to sell our home in Milton and purchase a new home in Bolton in a very tight timeframe. When our original buyer backed out she was able to quickly contact another interested buyer and get us a new offer so we didnt have to delay the purchase of our new home. She communicates well through text, email or phone and knows when each method is appropriate to use. She was also very good at knowing when to contact me (scheduling, home details, etc) and when to contact my husband (financial stuff). I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling in the area. If you are relocating, rest assured that she knows the area very well.

ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle Lane is a dishonest realtor who unfortunately doesnt abide by business ethics. She was the landlords agent when I was looking for a rental and I had found the listing through a no-fee listings. She has processed my application; it got approved and then she decided to rent the unit to another tenant where she can get a broker fee even though I have applied for the unit earlier. In addition to this mishandling, she has deferred this matter to her colleague and stopped answering my calls.I strongly discourage any buyers/sellers/tenants/landlords to work with this realtor - I dont think you can trust her for your real estate business.
