ZillowVERIFIEDMichelle (Mickie) Klump Mickie had helped my son purchase his first home last July and through his experience, I discovered what an invaluable professional resource she proved to be. She was available to him every step of the way as he confronted one challenge after another in a crazy sellers market. From mortgage pre-approval through inspection and closing, Mickie anticipated and managed every landmine in the heated housing market. Later, in October when I decided to sell my home in Novi, there was no question who I would call on for assistance. My experience with Mickies knowledge, availability and market awareness was very much the same as my sons, only this time from a sellers perspective. From setting the asking price to recommending a few critical changes to having key professional relationships with the best photographers, title companies and other realtors, Mickie was amazing. She knew how best to show my home and from a wealth of experience, knew what factors would matter and not matter to buyers. She recommended setting the asking price at a remarkably perfect sweet spot; high enough to be consistent with the most current comps and low enough to get plenty of traffic. In just three days, thirty appointments were made and kept. Offers came in exactly as she anticipated and in at least one case when a realtor came in below asking, she called him and because of her connection, was able to level with him that he was wasting his time. Like with my son, she was available every step of the way through closing and was very reassuring when the highest bidder apparently as a result of the frenetic market and buyers remorse withdrew their offer. Mickie called every showing realtor to assess their buyers reactions to the house. In the end, my home sold for $31,000 above the asking price. I couldnt have been more satisfied with Mickie and enthusiastically recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie came highly recommended to my fiancA(C) and I by my parents after helping them sell their home and buy a condo. We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing! However, Mickie made the process so easy for us and was always so kind to explain anything and answer any and all questions we had. Mickie is extremely knowledgeable, understanding to our wants/needs, and a go-getter. I truly cant imagine having any other realtor! You wont be disappointed!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie was awesome. We worked with 2 other realtors over 3 years to find the house we wanted. Mickie was the last of the 3 and even though we found a house at auction she stayed with us and helped us through it. When it came time to sell our old house even though it was 18 months later, she stayed with us through everything, there was no doubt who we wanted to help us sell our home. She not only sold our house in a weekend, she got us over asking and 60 days rent free from the buyer. She is amazing. I would use her again in a minute.

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie is outstanding. She was able to not only help us find a great new home but also sell our existing house in record time. When our buyer from out of town had their lender pull out less than 24 hours before closing, Mickie found a local lender and saved the deal. Her experience and knowledge is fantastic, she is extremely responsive and has a great team around her.

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Mickie to be my realtor for my first home-buying experience and I'm so happy that I did. With her guidance and expertise we thoroughly researched areas of interest, went on dozens of property visits, and I closed on a home in exactly 2 months! She was always available, consistently two steps ahead on any of my concerns, and shielded me from all the stress of buying a home. Best of all, she proved to be a master negotiator in the post-inspection process, saving me thousands of dollars with repairs and new equipment. If you need a realtor, Mickie is an incredible option. Shell be my first call when I'm looking to sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mickie is the greatest honor, she goes above and beyond to make sure youre well informed and happy day by day in the buying process. I have bought two houses with her, and on the second house she helped the selling party that was selling by owner because they liked her so much. With Mickies years and years of expertise, she can do things and knows things that most do not, and thats why Ill never have anyone by my side selling or buying another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie has been our realtor for the last 3 years. She helped us sell my in-laws home after they passed. She helped us sell our home of 30 years and purchase our new condo. Her knowledge and expertise of the market made every phase of the process the best it could be. However the most impressive quality is her kindness and customer service. I would highly recommend Mickie.

ZillowVERIFIED She went above & beyond the call of duty. After our last load from our house, she sold, she went over there and cleaned up the items we could not fit. She hauled all the extra things down to the curb for garbage. We moved 4hrs away & were unable to do that. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie helped me buy my first house 5 years ago with the most pleasant experience. Then with my family we needed to upgrade and she helped me sell my first house, then buy the new house. This process that we expected to be a huge headache, was far from that and so streamlined with Mickies expertise. Every house being sold and bought will be with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie has exceeded my expectations at every turn. My wife and I aren't a high profile account... But the service we get from Mickie makes us feel like we're her only clients. She responds to every tiny question we have almost immediately, and always has insights that clear up the confusion and help us find homes not just that we'll like, but that make sense. ZillowVERIFIED Mickie was absolutely amazing to work with! She stuck with my wife and I for over a year until we finally found our perfect 1st home. We still talk about how thankful we are that she was our realtor even 6 years later. We all know what a terrible process home buying can be, and even losing out on 7 offers, we had the confidence in Mickie that she would find the 1 for us. It just so happened to be #8. Thanks Mick!

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Mickie now just over 15 plus years. We first meet her when we needed out of our condo due to the builder going out of business and left us in a huge mess. She was knowledgeable and resourceful to get use free and clear and sold our unit. Since then she has helped use buy and sell for my family of four over six homes along with helping a couple of friends. I have never seen the tenacity of a realtor with all the resources at a phone call away as Mickie. She with all of our transactions was helpful, straightforward and honest on what each step was going to be. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone looking to sell or buy or to get you out of difficult Real estate problem.

ZillowVERIFIED Mickie was absolutely the best to work with. She sold us our first home and financially it was the best decision we ever made. Following her guidance and expertise we later sold that home for a nice profit and bought another home from her. Without her direct market experience on our first home we would have never been able to purchase this second home. She really made dreams come true for our family(twice). We have sent several friends and family members Mickies way to get the same experience we had. Best! E and S
