She works hard for you and makes sure that her clients are protected from over charges. The title company tried to overcharge us and she was first to catch it and have them remove the overages. We purchased a short sale and it took over 6 months and every time that I got discouraged, Michelle was always there to lift me back up and I'm so thankful.
