I take the time to learn what my client's individual real estate goals are so I can proactively assist in reaching them, which often includes unique solutions to maximize results. Buyers don't always know they are looking to buy and Sellers don't always know they are looking to sell. For instance, if a Buyer can not find the right home on the market, I can often pull homes in desired areas for my clients that were not traditionally ever on the market. The same goes for Sellers, my goal in marketing is to create the best possible presentation of the home and expose it to as many potential buyers as possible, which includes everyone. I highly recommend Michelle. We told her in the beginning of our search for a new home that we were looking for the Chupacabra, a home in the city with land, and were unwilling, even in this market, to sell our home without having a new home ready to go and she did not bat an eyelash. She worked to find us a home in the way that we were most comfortable with. Never pushy never questioned the route we were trying to take just worked as hard as possible to make it happen for us. She worked with us for over 13 months to find the perfect home for our family and update, market, and sell our previous home. She walked us through a more complicated than normal financing transaction since we were not selling our previous home until after we had moved into our new home. She was a godsend in lining up contractors, inspectors, etc. She met with the contractors fixing up our old home for sale so that we did not have to miss work. She got us more for our old home than we believed possible in our wildest dreams. I am an attorney that deals heavily with real property and I have been referring my friends, family, and clients to her when they need a realtor. Again, she is amazing if you need a realtor she is the way to go and I could not recommend her more.

I believe this is the best realtor anyone would ever encounter. She knows her stuff. She is very well-informed of what to look for when showing houses. She is quick to point out things buyers may not be aware of that may be a future problem. She is not going to put you in something she would not want to stay in herself, I believe. She is the best. She was with me throughout the entire process. She is well organized and professional.

Michelle is a great person on top of being great at her job. She made sure I received top dollar and kept the buyers agent honest. He (buying agent) would add or excluded items from the contract that were not agreed upon verbally then send it to be signed hoping I had a half-wit agent. Little did he know, Michelle is very diligent and doesn't let things by without notice.
