ZillowVERIFIED I used Michelle several years ago to purchase a vacation house in Lake Arrowhead. She made the process so easy by understanding my wants and needs prior to taking me around the mountain to look at homes. When we did tour homes, she had only ones that met my requirements, yet she had a variety of locations and types of homes so I had plenty of options. I knew when it would come time to sell that house, I would use Michelle again. The selling process was easier than the buying process; Michelle took care of some misc. things at the house to prevent me from having to make a trip up the mountain for such repairs, etc. Michelle is professional, organized and detailed. She knows the mountain, her inventory and the market very well. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle found our cabin 5 years ago, at the right price. We had been looking at arrowhead with an off-the-mountain agent. ...dont ever do that. One Sunday we called the listing agent on a house we wanted to see (our agent was off-mountain). The listing agent was Michelle. She showed up and showed us the house within 20 minutes. We didnt buy that house, but she soon was our agent and found us the right cabin. Her mountain knowledge is unmatched. Last year, I told her I was looking for a dock (an exercise in patience). It was a tall order as we wanted a single slip close to the house. She found a house for sale that was coupled with a dock, but he prospective buyers didnt want the dock. Sellers wouldnt sell house alone. Problem was solved for all parties. She found us a dock we would have never found on our own. The dock never even hit the open market.
