I used Michelle several years ago to purchase a vacation house in Lake Arrowhead. She made the process so easy by understanding my wants and needs prior to taking me around the mountain to look at homes. When we did tour homes, she had only ones that met my requirements, yet she had a variety of locations and types of homes so I had plenty of options. I knew when it would come time to sell that house, I would use Michelle again. The selling process was easier than the buying process; Michelle took care of some misc. things at the house to prevent me from having to make a trip up the mountain for such repairs, etc. Michelle is professional, organized and detailed.
