When at an event in another town I saw an interesting house listed for sale and called her, she looked it up and said get some coffee etc. am on my way. Forty five minutes later we are in the house and she quickly shows the REAL behind the aEURoeprettyaEUR? and say we will find the right one and not a few weeks later we did and she negotiated a great deal for me.Now she has been the key to finding my new build home in Mesa, AZ.I called her to tell her I was ready to move on and that I wanted a new build in Mesa, AZ.Next day my email had a number of listings to chose from to start the search. I whittled it down and off we went. To make it more brief great homes, not great location in a great area. The second place she wanted us to go was not on the list but she said we should look just for fun and some ideas as it was on the way to my favorite development on my list. We went to the model and met the agent Joanne. We all hit it off. Lots of good questions from me and Michelle and lots of good information from the agent and no rush. Told about the incentives and invited us to tour the models. Both Michelle and myself were thoroughly impressed. We talked with the agent I explained my budget concerns and we moved on. Lots of other sites visited. Lots of pluses and minuses. As we headed home Michelle listed all the pluses, for each location and drawbacks. Location, style, amenities, length of time to move in and budget.Both of us felt after frank discussion the development not on the list was the best option, except for budget. The agent for the builder came back with additional incentive to close the deal. I closed 5 months later and love this new home and community.Michelle was the aEURoekeyaEUR? to this dream come true. She thinks beyond the usual and listens and understand what the client wants and needs. No pushing just presenting additional opportunities.
