She is very thoughtful, and when going home searching she keeps in mind the key items discussed as "must have's". The moment we began to have issues with one of the lenders, she stepped in immediately to help guide the process, and involved all parties that were necessary to make getting to the final closing date faster and easier. She was always accessible. My schedule runs late in the evening and she was always available and willing to help, even if it was a simple question. Review I contacted Michelle Harmon when I was interested in property in Lockhart since I wasn't too familiar with the area. We met in her office and we discussed what I was looking for and she was very attentive to my ideas. When I decided on buying the property, Michelle took a direct role in making an offer and when we got a counter offer, I accepted. Now the closing would be set up however I have been living in Mexico and was returning soon after the contract was signed. Michelle took over and took care of all the arrangements so that I could return to Mexico and the closing would take place using email and got all the closing documents signed, Notarized and the deal was done. Michelle followed this all the way from interest to closing and she was indispensable.
